Autopay (Automatic Withdrawal)

Autopay is a free, secure service that allows you to pay your real estate taxes through an automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. You will still receive a tax bill, but you will no longer need to write and mail a check or stand in line to pay your taxes.

There are two Autopay options:

Monthly:
1/6th of your estimated half year tax amount will be debited from your bank account on the 15th of each month for the first five months of the tax cycle. If the 15th is on a Saturday or Sunday, then the debit will occur on the following Monday. 

For the sixth and final payment of the tax cycle, the balance due will be debited on the due date reflected on your semi-annual tax bill.

Semi-Annually:
Half year taxes will be debited from your bank account on the due date reflected on your semi-annual tax bill.
Note that debits usually take two business days to reflect in your bank account.

All changes and form submissions must be received at least five days before the next scheduled debit.
